When should I book my newborn session?
It’s best to book your newborn session during your second or third trimester to secure your spot on my calendar. Once your baby arrives, we’ll schedule your session within the ideal newborn window.
How old should my baby be?
The optimal timing for a newborn session is around 2 weeks old when baby is still very sleepy. However, I work with babies up to 6 weeks old for these in-home newborn sessions in Sacramento.
What if my home isn't picture perfect?
Don't sweat this one! I typically only photograph the living room, master bedroom, and nursery. Declutter those areas only. We can shuffle things around the day of the session if needed.
what if my home is dark?
I always bring a studio-grade strobe in case there are rooms that don't have enough natural light!
